General

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Product Information and Descriptions of Goods

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have been provided by Mystery Mog. The intention ofMystery Mog is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Mystery Mog cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages where information may come from third parties such as suppliers and manufacturers. All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy. Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

 

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

 

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. As part of the secure ordering process you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number as also recorded with your bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or even result in your bank declining payment. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your card has been properly received.

 

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

 

Delivery Charges and Delivery Times

UK delivery only (excluding the channel islands). Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. Dates are given in good faith but are not the subject of any warranty or condition. No liability will attach to us if delivery periods or dates are not met. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding this matter.

 

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery. Incorrect goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Delivery of goods: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days and return the goods within a further 14 days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Any goods returned because you have changed your mind should be returned in saleable condition.
